Eurofins Eaton Analytical, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Project Manager for the Denver Service Center located in Arvada, CO. This position will report to South Bend, Indiana location.
Job Description
Duties include:
- Perform Courier activities (sample pickups and sample kits deliveries)
- Perform project set up in LIMS, coordinating Orders, Sample Kits, and login review
- Reviews and approves Laboratory Report prior to delivery to client
- Prepares client specific deliverables as required
- Communicates with Clients on project related deliverables
- Responsible for managing routine client projects. This includes understanding and documenting project requirements, clearly communicating client expectations to the laboratory, and negotiating an acceptable approach for both the client and laboratory. Must maintain close communication with both the client and laboratory and will notify the client if the laboratory encounters delays or quality problems to properly manage and document client's expectations.
- Make client visits as needed or requested
- Assists sales managers as needed
- Addresses or escalates customer complaints as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
- Must have computer (Word, Excel) and office related skills
- Broad technical knowledge of most aspects of the laboratory, regulatory requirements, and method testing requirements are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exude a positive presence at all times.
- Attention to details and timelines along with good documentation skills
- General science and/or chemistry coursework along with past laboratory experience preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
- College/university graduate equivalent combination of skills and experience is preferred
