Job Description

Seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to join our rapidly growing high-end property management team. Need hands-on assistance with the ongoing operations and daily tasks associated with managing multiple properties, projects, and staff members simultaneously to ensure that the work being completed meets Company standards. Qualified candidate experience to include, but not limited to:

  • Managing Multiple Properties and Projects at once
  • Scheduling Property Maintenance
  • Managing Staff and Vendors
  • Onboarding and training staff members
  • Assisting with tasks and projects as needed
  • Establishing Company safety procedures and ensure staff is maintaining these standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company handbook/ Client/HOA policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping
  • Compiling and reviewing proposals, punch lists, landscaping/ maintenance agreements and, estimates as needed
  • Ensuring Compliance with Client/Property/HOA Rules and Regulations
  • Performing Detailed Inspections of the Properties and Project Work
  • Liaising with Clients, Brokers, Vendors, Staff, etc.
  • Developing, Managing, and Adhering to Project Budgets
  • Detailed Knowledge of Tools and Materials Used
  • A Willingness to Learn New Skills
  • You are a reliable and trustworthy individual who can self-manage and work in a team environment.
  • You possess professional communication abilities both on paper and in-person.

Each employee must be able to perform the essential functions of their position. This position requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move approximately 50 lbs. for various landscaping and maintenance projects to a height of 3-4 feet. Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to service lights and ceiling fans. Constantly positions self to maintain office and heavy equipment. Frequently communicate with other staff, clients, and vendors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to detect errors in physical and digital work and learn technical material. Constantly work in outdoor weather conditions and potentially environments with dust/insects/rodents/pet waste and dander. Employees are expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, and interpret data. Qualifications

  • Previous Property Management (required)
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Must have strong communications and supervisory skills, be task-oriented, and be able to work in an unsupervised environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Professional references required.
