Accounts Payable Specialist

Job description

An employer in Englewood, CO is looking for an AP Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for verifying account payable invoices and expense reports, entering invoices and check information into the Accounting system, auditing expense reports in compliance with the IRS, reviewing vendor statements, resolving issues, and responding appropriately to each transaction. Additional responsibilities will include working with vendors, other employees, and resource managers, and contributing to other side projects.

Must be Fully Vaccinated

On Site for Training for the first 1-2 weeks, then remote!

Desired Skills and Experience *

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Problem-solving skills
