Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking highly qualified, mission oriented individuals to lead captures. These positions can be filled in one of the following locations:

Aurora, CO

Chantilly, VA.

Redondo Beach, CA

Colorado Springs, CO

The Integrated National Business Unit, Business Development & Strategy within the Payload & Ground Systems Division has openings for three Capture Manager 3.

The primary responsibility is to lead teams in the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to capture new business, and implement best practices across the BU to produce compelling capture strategies. Other responsibilities include

Develop and executes plans to capture new business

Lead the development of capture strategy, competitive assessments, teaming strategies and agreements, price-to-win strategy, and the development of a compelling offer to do business.

Works with functional organizations to allocate resources to execute the capture plan.

Influence requirements that results in favorable Requests for Proposals (RFP) aligned with the BU's strategic imperatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

9 years of relevant experience in business development, proposal management, capture management, engineering or program management

4 years of management experience

Strong understanding of the Aerospace Industry and IC/DOD acquisitions

Experience with ground system development for space-related applications

Must have a current and active Top Secret and SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience developing and executing capture strategies to win greater than $50M new business with the Intelligence Communities, DOD and Civil agencies.

Proven track record of business growth with the Space Intelligence Community and DOD programs across a broad range of customer

Experience leading and managing multi-disciplined teams

Salary Range: 137200 - 226400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
