Job description
If you are not in Denver, then some occasional travel to Denver is required.
You will own digital experience, strategy, and deliverables for our Personal Legal Plan experiences on LegalShield.com and LegalShield.ca. You will work with our customers and partners to understand their needs, develop strategy, lead through successful execution of the product roadmap, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams, such as: engineering, marketing, and operations.
You will own your team's products end-to-end with accountability for both delivering new capabilities to market as well achieving the defined key results. You will focus on building and innovating, as well as enhancing and optimizing digital experiences over time.
What You Will Do:
o Oversee the digital experience of Personal products on LegalShield.com and LegalShield.ca
o Identify opportunities for funnel optimization and incorporate new experiences into the flow (e.g. new product enhancements and go-to-market offerings)
o Manage the roadmap for all Personal product digital experiences on LegalShield.com and LegalShield.ca as well as cross-selling funnels in IDShield.com and IDShield.ca.
o Identify and drive opportunities to leverage the strengths of Personal products for the target audience.
o Drive marketing campaigns through delivery of an end-to-end experience that is integrated with the user journey, enables ongoing nurturing, and client engagement.
o Foster a data-driven culture focused on an iterative cycle of testing and learning, rapid iteration, speed to market, and measuring / driving results.
o Work with our product and/or platform partners to identify (through qualitative and quantitative methods) and campion unique needs for the digital channel. Translate those insights into new experiences for your prospective members.
o Work alongside our talented engineering leads as a trusted partner through all phases of the product development lifecycle and roadmap planning processes.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, legal, sales, and leadership on the continuous evolution of our digital experience, product strategies, & roadmap.
