Job description

Role supports the Operations Department by scheduling moves, following DOT regulations and company safety standards and assisting other departments as necessary in order to exceed our customer's expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Dispatch trucks, drivers and helpers based on their ability to best serve our customers.

· Greets all drivers and crewmembers reporting for duty and returning from scheduled jobs.

· Ensures drivers have all required information to successfully complete their moves.

· Audit upcoming job paperwork and verify necessary information is complete.

· Build crew paperwork packets for upcoming jobs.

· Checks in driver paperwork at end of job, while driver is present, ensuring accuracy and providing support/retraining as needed.

· Scan and transmit completed paperwork.

· Work with Warehouse Manager on scheduling warehouse activities.

· Assist Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

· Moving and storage experience required.

· Knowledge of DOT regulations.

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask.

· Positive and professional demeanor.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be able to utilize computer programs including Outlook 365.

· Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, with strong attention to detail.

· Must have exceptional customer service skills.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
