The Opportunity
DAT is looking for an Organizational Development Manager / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Denver, CO.
In this influential role you'll develop and drive the initiatives that support DAT's strategic vision for enhancing organizational, team and employee effectiveness. Along with creating and delivering impactful training and development programs, you'll act as a HR Business Partner to the key leaders in DAT's Denver headquarters.

Candidate Profile
- An HR business professional with strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Accomplished at developing and implementing effective organizational development and training programs.
- Experienced at researching and evaluating training alternatives.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to make a positive impact across the organization.
- Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Review evaluations of employee performance, objectives and accomplishments and identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Evaluate and diagnoses current states; identifying organizational change needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure, systems, and processes.
- Develop, embed and roll-out OD methodologies, tools and templates at an enterprise level.
- Manage the company performance review and goal setting process.
- Assess the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Implement programs for employment processing and engagement
- Manage programs including leave administration, employee relations, and compliance with all employment laws.
- Five years of experience in a HR Generalist role with a dynamic, tech-based company.
- Two years of experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills, including methodologies and development of tools.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, programs, and issues.
- Current and well-versed in federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with both Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
- CPLP credential, preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development
