Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of assigned operational function by analyzing custody and third-party data against accounting system data.
- Work closely with multiple external and internal parties to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, including unmatched and failed trades, dividend/coupon variation, foreign exchange and derivatives contracts, account overdrafts, and bank wires.
- Analyze various sources of financial data to identify potential areas of risk and assist in developing appropriate process improvements.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external clients. Assist clients with any follow-up questions that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline break resolution and identify areas for greater operational efficiency.
- Work with client and custodian banks to oversee cash balances in base and foreign currencies in order to maximize trading opportunities while limiting unwanted exposure.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, and analytical-reasoning abilities.
- Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn, financial concepts and investment accounting principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of investment accounting, investments, and trading

Compensation and Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience, qualification, and performance. Compensation can also vary based on other factors, such as cost of living.
