Juno Search Partners has partnered with a growing organization on a search for a Sr Analyst, FP&A!!

The Sr Analyst will be responsible for a variety of business developments, economic evaluations and planning requiring innovative problem solving and considerable initiative to support the business operations activities of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the monthly forecasting, annual long-range planning and budgeting processes for assigned business unit(s) including revenue, operating expense, capital expenses, headcount, and related metrics.
• Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or proposed business operations.
• Provides analysis and evaluation of cost/expense challenges and profit improvement opportunities in support of CTS and/or assigned business unit(s).
• Recommends changes in analysis and budgetary methods and procedures.
• Analyzes the impact of various corporate projects and transactions.
• Conduct monthly forecast and budget variance analysis and present risks and opportunities to all key partners.
• Present financial analysis in support of forecast, budget, etc. to executive partners.
• Develops, implements and updates financial and operational information systems to meet current reporting needs and future enhancements.
• Analyzes the ongoing profitability of businesses and/or programs entered into by the Company.
• Performs and/or evaluates justification for capital expenditures.
• Prepares financial analysis using pro forma income statements, present/future value and other methodologies.
• Provides management with information on all areas of cost and revenue, proactively and as requested.
• Provides in-depth financial analysis of corporate projects and investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting and analysis required
• Adaptive Insights/Workday Planning experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Index/Match, Sumifs, VLookups, Pivot Tables, Macros
• Previous Essbase/SmartView experience strongly preferred
• Data source and system integration preferred
• Experience working directly with senior leaders preferred
