As an Operations Manager you will ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the transportation operations of Via Mobility. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Operations to help manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of each operations service (HOP, Flex-Ride, and Via Paratransit services), and the call center through improvement to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. This position will have direct reports.
Starting pay range for the role is $65,000-$75,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Qualifications for Operations Manager:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, persons with low income and/or limited mobility
- Strongly prefer work experience in Transportation including fixed routes and paratransit operations
- Knowledge of the function, organization, and methods of operations of transit agencies and the basic laws and regulations underlying transit operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
