Position Responsibilities

  • Assure the proper operation of the network, network servers, and attached infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain physical and virtual servers
  • Configure and maintain desktop computers
  • Assure the information systems adhere to industry and company standards for security
  • Maintain the building access and security systems
  • Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
  • Ensure and document outbound dialer activity
  • Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues
  • Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports
  • Monitor and adjust the performance of dialer systems
  • Optimize/develop internal systems and applications to improve performance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management

Colorado Applicants only: As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Professional Finance Company, Inc. provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $75,000 annually. In addition, information on benefits offered is located on our website.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience in using a dialer system
  • Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
  • Knowledge of auto-dialer operations and concepts
  • Understand database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Strong time management skills and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum Associates Degree in Information Systems; Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the Information Systems field
