Job description

Service Desk Specialist:

Inceed has partnered with a global client in the restaurant industry to help find a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team!


You will be responsible for providing Tier I IT Support for our client's internal employees!


Responsibilities:

  • Providing remote end user support over the phone and/or through remote access
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues (Windows, Microsoft Suite, Azure AD, Aloha, ect)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of network concepts
