Job description

Inceed is working with a well established construction company here in the Colorado Springs area to add a Manager of Applications Support to their team. This person is responsible for managing the support of our client's enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem records from end users
• Serve as an escalation point for incidents or requests
• Lead the team by establishing and tracking goals and objectives
• Develop, document, implement, and institutionalize the support process

Nice to Have:

• Project management skills (ie. planning, organizing, and managing resources)
• 8+ years of experience in the applications support domain
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisor or managerial capacity
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, network hardware, protocols, and standards
