Productive, husband and wife real estate team looking for an Executive Assistant to help us deliver a first class experience to our clients and be passionate in helping us achieve our objectives and goals. As an Executive Assistant, you'll need to be able to prioritize tasks by importance, maintain a great attitude during high stress situations and juggle a multitude of exciting and ever-changing responsibilities.

We work hard to protect your time and will ask you to work evenings or weekends on rare occasions, and you'll be able to work from home a couple days per week!

Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to creating and implementing listing agreements and managing the process through and beyond closing. You'll need to organize, track and follow-up with current and past clients, schedule showings, act as liaison and advocate with title and mortgage companies, inspectors and maintain communication with clients to ensure all tasks are completed, All candidates must have high attention to detail, and be proficient in technology and proper grammar. You will be planning and scheduling entertainment events, sending out marketing materials, and maintaining data software for our many past, present and future clients. Our business is an exciting business that is continually growing and expanding. An outgoing, and pro-active, positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Handling transactions from initial listing of the property to offers presented, under contract, and closing and beyond
  • Maintaining Team client management program with constant updates, additions and automatic followups to maintain relationships with past, current, and future clients
  • Support all team members with their many needs to help them achieve their goals as individuals and team players
  • Facilitate open houses, schedule showings and occasionally show property to clients if necessary
  • Act as liaison with title and mortgage companies, inspectors, appraisers, photographers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of real estate transaction coordination REQUIRED!
  • Technical skills with CTME, SkySlope, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Excel, etc. You don't need to know all these right now, but must be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new technology systems quickly
  • Great time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage shifting responsibilities while handling stressful situations
  • Must be prompt and reliable
  • Willingness to work after hours and weekends if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Colorado Springs, CO 80905: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
