Ledgent is currently partnering with an industry leader located in the Denver Tech Center on a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is contract to hire and will convert to permanent quickly for high performing employees.

AP Specialist duties include:

• 3-way matching
• High-volume processing
• Vendor contact and statement reconciliations
• Input new data, update existing and verify accuracy of updated vendor files
• 1099's
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable or equivalent education
• Understanding of accounting and GAAP principles
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- must be comfortable with pivot tables and v-lookups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
