Position: Asset Associate I
Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for an Asset Associate I in our Denver, CO location. In this role, you will be involved in resolving issues quickly and effectively in order to meet customer needs. This role will require a strong customer service background with a history of purchasing experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog
Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands
Ensuring system remains updated with most current and accurate information from the suppliers
Work with the warehouse and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies on receipts and invoices
Works closely with sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes
Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog
Works closely with planning department to establish and maintain inventory on stocking items
Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship-complete of released orders
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a 2-4 year degree or 2-4 years of experience and high school graduate
Self-Starter and Team Player
Ability to work and think independently
Superior organizational, resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
Expert organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Excel proficiency within VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
