Job description

One of New Mexico's largest and most innovative development and real estate investment groups based in Albuquerque is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to become a member of their expanding Colorado property and asset services team. This role is responsible for assisting in the daily administrative, operational, financial, and property management duties for multiple properties located throughout Colorado.

Goodman Realty Group owns and manages commercial properties in five Western states, including projects totaling approximately 500,000 square feet in Colorado . The office location for this open position will be at one of those properties; a 16-story, 226,000 square foot, Class-A high-rise office tower and parking facility in Denver's premiere Cherry Creek neighborhood. Additionally, management includes a mixed-use office and retail shopping center in Colorado Springs, and a 167,000 square foot shopping center in Aurora.

The candidate must be a self-starter with a proactive, professional, and results-oriented personality. Due to the frequent interaction with tenants, must demonstrate strong tenant communication skills, exceptional customer service, and at least four years commercial property management experience.
