Job description

The Billing and Membership Coordinator will support office billing functions for all internal and external customers for RE/MAX, LLC. These functions include; researching requests, providing system training, performing account reconciliations and billing/payment application. This position will provide support to the regional staff, offices, and internal departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service/support to all Owned Offices, Regional Staff, Membership Services and Cash Receipts. Respond to customer questions and/or concerns by sharing relevant information, focus on finding a solution and/or offer alternatives.
  • Research / reconcile all billing discrepancies identified by offices/regional services. Generate financial reports that are clear and easily understood based on the specific requests from their customers.
  • Effectively communicate the financial data/results found in the reports/reconciliations they are providing to their customers with clear information that is understandable.
  • Open/sort mail received from all offices and determine application of payment before turning it over to Cash Receipts. Process office billing adjustments/write offs timely while following all established internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant, professional work experience.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good Communication Skills, both written and oral
  • Good organization and time management skills

Hire Range/Rate:

$38,000 - $45,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
