**This role is Remote within the US, preferably in Central or Mountain time zone
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst with experience driving insights to support our revenue growth and strategy. This position will drive the design, implementation, and delivery of management reporting and analytics leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, and Office 365 / Google Workspace.

Reporting to the GTM Revenue Operations Leader - Americas, this position will partner closely with various central and regional stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes while reducing risks and redundancy.
This is what you'll do at UiPath:
- Create dashboard reporting and analytics for various business partners
- Provide data analysis, identify key trends, and prepare reports to assist decision-making regarding revenue / business growth and resource allocation
- Review and validate sales commissions data including deal split review, adherence to rules of engagement, and exception handling
- Track and analyze key metrics and drive insight such as win/loss analysis, areas/markets for growth opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, system admins, data stewards and others to ensure the accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements, including new data requirements, reporting layout and system integrations
- Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements
- Design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security, improve sales team throughput and efficiency
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational activities, acting as the first line of support for SFDC, providing guidance on sales processes, addressing compensation questions etc. Collaborate with the Sales Tech, Deal Hub and Finance teams to resolve issues/roadblocks
This is what you'll bring to UiPath:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, and/or Strategy Consulting
- Strong working experience with Salesforce required
- Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint required
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and ability to see "the big picture"
- Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise is strongly preferred
