We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Collision Industry to reside in either our Denver or Minneapolis market and manage the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, North & South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota.
In this role, you will work with strategic collision center customers to develop their business growth and profitability. You will work across the BASF organization to support the development of new value-added tools/services, new business proposals, and strategic business plans to increase revenues and profits focused on strategic account growth and retention. Travel for this role is expected to be approximately 75% or more within your assigned geographic territory.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success

Leveraging your education and 5-9 years of collision industry expertise you will build relationships with strategic customers. Your strong customer focus will be evident as you travel to customer sites at least 75%% of the time. Your background in positioning business solutions for commercial success and your self-starter approach will be essential as you remain motivated by the challenge of successfully growing the Automotive Refinish business. You're technical acumen will be demonstrated as you track progress of accounts in Excel, prepare business presentations in Powerpoint and draft proposals in Word. Demonstrating your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, you will manage conflict with the customer.
