This role can be REMOTE or sit in the Denver or Houston office.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will specialize in full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for bringing in new business and managing existing accounts to win new deals, repeat business and additional sales opportunities. To ensure success in the business, you will need to meet and exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs), including heavy outbound activity to Health IT leaders across your territory. Limited travel required.

You will report to Michelle Culp, National Director, Health IT Practice with national team of nearly 30 Technical Recruiters and Business Development Managers across the country. Our team places contract, contract to hire, consulting professionals and direct hire professionals in all areas of HIT including:

• Electronic Health Records (EHR) Services
• Patient Portal Support
• Clinical Systems Implementation
• Clinical Application Support
• Telehealth Support
• Privacy and Security

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should have 2+ years of professional outbound sales experience. Prior staffing or recruiting experience needed in the contract, contract to hire, and/or direct hire recruiting industry. Will also consider candidates with a background in corporate talent acquisition, sales, or healthcare management consulting. Healthcare or technology background highly preferred.

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity, self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
