Position Overview

Autodesk's cutting edge Sales Automation Team (SAA) is seeking a Business Process Analyst with strong skillset in process improvement. Someone with a wide breadth of experience in process improvement, analysis and documentation. The impact of this work will ensure our customers have a delightful experience when engaging with Autodesk, while also ensuring our sales team focuses on the right customers at the right time. Your business process and analytical skills will be instrumental in helping Autodesk scale globally aligned processes. As the organization unifies around specific frameworks and platforms, you'll help implement new processes and tools that support the global needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement engagements utilizing process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, A3, Kaizen)
  • Develop, document and measure end to end process using process flows and process modeling
  • Identify and research end to end current state processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and the best opportunities to drive improvement through automation
  • Suggest new methods to improve the experience and productivity of internal users and customers
  • Design and define Salesforce configuration including data objects, sharing & security settings, validation rules, workflows, and user interface
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business objectives
  • Leverage Salesforce functionality such as Data Loader and Process Builder, as appropriate to address business challenges
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity through reinforcement of sales and success processes, data improvement projects, and ongoing data clean up
  • Stay up to speed on emerging salesforce capabilities and industry best practices for the platform


Minimum Qualifications
  • BA or BS in related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of experience in business process improvement or Lean Six Sigma
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements
  • MS Office experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise analyzing and designing business processes and recommending improvements
  • Superior communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • 4+ years of Sales Operations, Sales, Customer Success experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce administration experience
  • Functional knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Functional knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Experience with visualization tools (LucidChart, etc)
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)


Target Salary: 108K
