This Business Systems Analyst acts as a requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities. Oversees production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
•Coordinate's development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
•Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Good to Excellent Understanding of Jira, Confluence, SQL development, Business Objects.
•Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum and Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.
•Solid understanding of relevant business issues.
•Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills.
•Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and MS Word along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
•Worker will be analyzing and cataloging reporting across multiple applications.
•Identifying information provided into the reports; applications used to create report and user access (internal and external).
•Work efforts will help build out cloud solution.
The following is preferred but not required:
•Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments, experience in the financial services industry, BA/BS degree and/or PMP certification.
