What Will You Be Doing?

Collaborate with creative and marketing team to provide engaging and on-brand visual assets and creative strategy for various internal and external initiatives and campaigns. Take creative direction and execute for various channels.

Essential Functions

  • Command strong design abilities/principles and proficiency in software applications

  • Keep current with existing trends impacting graphic design and graphic design tools

  • Assist in creation of strategy, visual deliverables for additional channels including website, events, in-house needs, partnerships, hiring efforts, interior office collateral, etc.

  • Work within brand guidelines as well as develop new creative ideas and strategies to contribute to the overall visual aesthetic and growth of the company

  • Elevate designs that keep Frontier on the forefront of modern design and branding in both print and digital media environments

  • Meet the production art requirements of the company as assignments come into the department in a timely, accurate and professional manner

  • Participates in design reviews to maintain consistency across multiple applications and guarantee adherence to requirements and standard

  • Build and design a functional and useful product while also making it visually appealing and interactive

  • Contribute to various projects with an emphasis on user perspective


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Graphic design experience required

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc)

  • Superior time management, process management and communication skills.

  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needs

  • Eye for good visual design

  • Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners and marketers

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well-organized

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environment

  • Microsoft office product skills including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity

  • Must be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a time
