The Denver Office'sreal estate practice is seeking a junior real estate associate with a minimum of two years law firm experience as of the end of 2021 with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Experience with joint ventures, leasing, and land use are a plus, but are not required. Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence is required.

The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours based bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.

Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (CO) will be required following the attorney's hiring if the attorney is not already admitted to practice in Colorado.
