Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to Executives. This includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing presentations and expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be an outstanding communicator.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including management of executives' calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls, make detailed travel arrangements, process executives' expense reports.

Help with Marketing projects.

Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software. May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.

Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. Leads event planning efforts as directed. This includes meetings, networking events, annual company-wide or regional meetings.

Type correspondence and e-mails from dictation or hand-written notes. Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc.

Maintain/update org charts.

Other duties as assigned.

Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite

Diligence and attention to detail

Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to deal with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
