What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to support the execution of our programs and processes, impacting all facets of the employee experience.

The ideal candidate for this role is an organized and competent professional who thrives in a nimble environment where you wear multiple hats, with frequently evolving responsibilities. You will have a passion for working with people, love the HR vocation while being able to carry out impactful efforts with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Support weekly onboarding of new employees in our Chicago office, including the facilitation and coordination of our firmwide orientation & our consultant onboarding training program
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview process.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, including training, internal meetings and recruiting information sessions


Requirements
  • 0-1 years experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role or a degree in HR
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices
  • Personable and friendly with a focus on providing great customer service
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

  • Experience in technology consulting
