Job description

Fast-paced restaurant management company in Denver is looking to add a sharp HR Coordinator to their team!
The HR Coordinator is hybrid role and will report to the HR Manager.

HR Coordinator Duties:
- I-9 maintenance
- onboarding and offboarding
- assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- assist with writing job descriptions
- assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures and manuals
- assist with open enrollment
- communicate with employees
- various accounting projects and data entry as needed

HR Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of human resources experience
- basic HR knowledge, including I-9 knowledge, workers compensation, FMLA, 401K and ERISA laws, experience with benefits
- any restaurant industry experience is a plus!
- intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables

Hours for the HR Coordinator role are Monday through Friday, either 8:00 - 4:00 or 9:00 - 5:00
