Position: HR Technology Change Manager
Job Description:

The HR Technology Team is looking for a HR Technology Change Manager to design and implement a standardized approach to Change Management across HR Technology organization to improve HR Technology project adoption and to promote collaboration and engagement with HRT stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management planning and activities for HR Technology initiatives
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Change Management throughout the HR Technology organization
  • Apply a change management process and tools to promote the adoption of users on HR Technology initiatives
  • Develop templates for Change Management plans, communication, and training templates and tools to be leveraged across different HRT initiatives
  • Assess the change impact by conducting the impact analysis, assessing organization's change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Provide Change Management methodology guidance in execution for HR Technology projects and Training, and Communications subject matter expertise
  • Lead HR Technology training by designing the strategy and materials and supporting the delivery of training programs on the changes implemented by HR Technology teams.
  • Lead HR Technology communication efforts and support the design and management of communications. Promote consistent branding and compliance to communication procedures.
  • Develop and implement communication strategy and tools for HR Technology organization to promote collaboration and engagement of HR COEs
  • Collaboratively design, produce and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to facilitate these key responsibilities
  • Assist HR Technology PMs with stakeholder management to ensure stakeholders are informed of project status
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategy to drive adoption and overcome anticipated resistance to change
  • Consult and coach HR Technology project teams
  • Collaboratively create deliverables for all change management levers: communications plan, training plan, sponsor support and engagement plan, resistance management plan
  • Support and provide input on the organization design and definition of roles and responsibilities within HR Technology
  • Support and engage senior leadership of the HRT stakeholders to align change management approach to their needs

What Are We Looking For?

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship building skills to foster innovation and influence others toward a common goal.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply critical thinking skills.
  • Development and delivery of training content, materials, and programs for a variety of learning styles.
  • Experience influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management encompassing the full change management lifecycle using standard methodologies and tools with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in project management, ability to drive projects forward including oversight of project teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with global organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with large scale technology driven transformation
  • HR change management experience.
  • Experience managing global software implementations.
  • Certification in Change Management

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$108,900.00 - $133,100.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
