Description

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with the innate ability to multitask with great precision and efficiency. Must be self-motivated with a flexible personality; able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team as needs change. Ability to engage applicants and staff in a friendly and professional manner consistent with Savio values.

This full-time position performs professional and administration human resources tasks in a variety of functional areas:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all candidate and employee training documentation, and ensuring requirements are met.
• Assist with Payroll
• Assist with employee benefit enrollment
• Review and reconcile all benefit plan invoices
• Approve all phone billings
• Responsible for workers' compensation initial reports of injury, follow-up with employees, and consultation with HR Director when necessary
• Primarily responsible for maintaining employee records, motor vehicle records and DORA registration inputting all information into HRIS
• Support the recruitment process by posting positions, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Highly responsive to incoming communication from candidates and managers with the ability to prioritize; respond with a sense of urgency, and multi-task competing priorities/workload.
• Ability to analyze and report on recruiting metrics.
• Demonstrated cooperative and collaborative decision-making skills.
• Ability to engage candidates, quickly determine skill set, motivation and desire to succeed.
• A strong commitment to delivering top-level customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to deliver and drive recruiting goals and results

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs

• Ability to walk, climb, bend, stoop, push, pull, and balance efficiently
