Overview:
To provide long-range planning, design and implementation of human resource services in support of the organizations strategic business objectives in the areas of compensation, benefits, workforce planning, employee relations, labor relations compliance, training and development.

Responsibilities:- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, on-boarding, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead the performance management program to ensure effective feedback and growth of employees.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains policies and procedures handbook; annual re-evaluation of policies
- Participates in companys environmental, social and governance program (ESG)
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports; participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars
- Direct implementation of new or revised HR programs and/or policies through effective communications and training of business unit managers and employees
- Oversee investigation of employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with business unit management and staffs to develop and implement programs and processes to meet business needs
- Ensure all human resources activities within the businesses supported are untaken ethically and legally in compliance with company policies, procedures, and all related, federal, state, and local employment laws while meeting business needs
- Extensive (5+) years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred
- Ability to engage and consult with all levels of management; to establish working relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Strong background knowledge in performance management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, labor law, collective bargaining and training and development.
- Ability to analyze complex information and formulate decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Ability to provide oversight to numerous HR projects
- Strong consultation skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or commensurate experience
Salary Range: $ 65,000 - 115,000
