Job description
**Description:**
The maintenance technician will repair, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform PM's on the their production equipment. Technicians need to have both mechanical and electrical .
· Operate with technical skill the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system. This is for inventory and production line operational excellence
· Clean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance
· Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production with a continued desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement
· Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed
· Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
· Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing/ industrial environment.
- PLC Troubleshooting (Most of their equipment run with Allen Bradley and some Siemens)
-Controls experience
- Electrical ( at least 480V)
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and conveyor systems.
