Position Summary
As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and assessing teams across functions in our factory on their Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities. You will dive into our data to help us identify opportunities to improve our performance and processes. In addition, you will be a leader among our teams while performing traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.
Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data
Responsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestlé Manufacturing performance metrics
Provide Continuous improvement project support and leadership, including the delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignments
Support Nestle Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturing
Work with leadership across the factory to support all manufacturing excellence activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
2+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment required.
Preferred: Experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or TPM Preferred.

Colorado Pay Act Information:
This position has a minimum salary of $69,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
