Position: Marketing SEO Specialist
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a SEO Specialist to join our marketing team! This position will assist in the SEO Manager with search engine optimization strategies and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for coordination & execution of marketing projects, related to technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content marketing.

• Coordinate pre-defined programs with supervision.

• Work creative teams in taking projects from creative development stage to completion with supervision from manager.

• Assist in creating project estimates and schedules with manager approval. Assist in reviewing budgets and deadlines to help keep projects on schedule.

• Assist in coordinating the lead generation, reporting and database process and report results back to manager and suppliers with manager approval, on all projects.

• Begin to establish and develop internal and supplier relationships; present pre-defined Arrow program presentations.

• Determine thematic trends that will help inform editorial content strategy.

• Optimize web pages to include content, metadata, internal and external links, etc.

• Analyze, track and report on overall natural search performance and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

• Working knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics

• Strong analytic marketing orientation that regularly tests, refines, and optimizes for SEO performance KPS.

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
