About the Role (This position may be remote or in office)

A full-time position and a key role in fostering the success of the Consumer that inquires about our TV show and how it may assist them in Buying and/ or Selling their home. The key goal of this role is to Educate, Empower and Engage the consumer with our value proposition and then connect the prospective consumer with a Key Local Client/Host of the show. On the B-2-B side of things, you will be engaged with on-boarding new Clients/Hosts of the show.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for national Consumer inquires, that are buying and/ or selling a home
  • Discuss the value of who we are/ what we do and how this benefits the Consumer
  • Setting an appointment or conducting a live transfer after collecting Consumer information
  • Work with our Client Success Team on the on-boarding of our B-2-B Clients
  • Onboard new Clients (via phone and a variety of video conferencing applications)
  • Occasional coaching with our B-2-B Clients on our Leads process and system
  • Continually assist in developing and improving Client's skills with our products
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Social, and co-workers
  • Attend and engage in Client and company communications and meetings (based on company needs; In-Person, via Phone or via Video Conferencing is a must)

Who You Are

  • Ability to work remotely or in office based on company needs and direction
  • Past work experience in customer service, sales or call center
  • Capacity and energy to execute on a steady and high call load (5-6 hours per day)
  • Ability to work with various teams and departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate and Mortgage industry desired
  • Understanding of CRM tech tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce.com KV Core, etc)
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Organizational, written, verbal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, attention to detail, high energy and articulate
  • Understanding of fundamental sales principles and methods
  • Media, digital, and social background a plus

Benefits & Comp

  • Base Salary +commission/bonus potential
  • Benefits available after 60 days of full time employment

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
