Roofing Division

It is our strategic plan to aggressively expand into the roofing sector by building a team of industry experts to serve our existing client based. The Division President will work with ownership to refine and execute the strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation package is designed to attract an industry leader, with the ability to earn $200-$250K in total Year 1 compensation, including Bonus, profit sharing and phantom equity for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth - work with Ownership to quickly and effectively penetrate our existing customer base of office, multi-family, industrial and medical end markets
• Financial Oversight - work with Divisional Controller to monitor Roofing Division profitability as well as the profitability on individual jobs.
• Estimating - Manage team of estimators to prepare proposals and close new business generated by our existing team of business development professionals that manage relationships with owners/managers of nearly 1,100 properties across Colorado
• Project Management - Manage team of project managers responsible for scheduling, client communication and quality control for all projects
• Subcontractor Management - Once awarded bids, responsible for setting up the contract internally and externally with clients, and scheduling the project with clients & subcontractors.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or five (5) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in commercial roofing construction
• Computer skills including internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Effectively estimate and present proposal for all assigned projects
• Accurately write up scope and recommendation to client, adjuster, consultant, etc.
• Must quickly develop rapport and trust with all customers and adjustors
• Proficient in large loss and commercial claims.
• Professionally identify and communicate all change orders, supplements and code upgrades.
• Accurately track and document roof project workflows.
• Actively participate in and manage all collection efforts.
• Communicate project or site staffing issues with supervisor in a timely manner.
• Effectively support Project Managers and Superintendents on all projects
