Job
Description Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the
appropriate resources required to meet client expectations to deliver a
fully-functional system on budget and on time. Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct project kick off meetings with Sales,
schedule.
- Schedule and conduct project walk-through
- Facilitate relationship-building with other
- Conduct client interview to gather
- Manage project budget (labor hours,
- Ensure all equipment and materials are
procurement team.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and
- Track key project milestones and adjust
- Manage change order requests from the
sales resources for pricing and client acceptance as required.
- Maintain project documents throughout the
- Coordinate Installation Technicians,
Operations Manager
- Daily and/or Weekly updates with the client
project.
- Communicate project status and scheduling
- Communicate project status with Operations
- Overall jobsite cleanliness, organization,
- Overall project quality control and feature
- Provide assistance to Installation
- Initiate and maintain Linx Field Directive
- Daily and Weekly maintenance of Project Task
- Creation and delivery of Customer Notebook to
Conduct or coordinate appropriate resources to
conduct client training.
Perform a post close-out project review and
lessons learned.
Reporting
Relationships
The Project Manager reports directly to the Operations
Manager.
Qualifications

Education
and Experience
Four-year college degree preferred. Two years of project
management experience in a fast paced environment. Experience in the
construction industry, electronics integration, and/or audio/visual installation
business is preferred. Must be
proficient with desktop computer software and systems.
Organizational
and Time Management Skills
Self directed individual. Ability to develop timeline necessary for installation activities and
product delivery. Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at various
stages of the project life cycle. Assure that all time and resources are
budgeted properly for maximum return on investment.
Language
Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental
regulations. Ability to write project schedules, reports, business
correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from employees, managers and customers.
Mathematical
Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry.
Reasoning
Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts,
and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates,
Licenses and Registrations
Valid Colorado Driver's License
Ability to obtain CTS Certifications and Project
Management Certifications
Salary to be determined based on related experience and
qualifications.
