Job description

We are looking for a talented real estate agent who will be paid a base salary on the draw system and can thrive with warm leads. In summary, you will be provided quality leads that you will need to follow up with. For every conversion, you are provided a commission on top of your draw salary. Exceptional communication skills, friendly, hardworking, and willing to make phone calls. This is a fully remote, work from home position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will work leads delivered straight to you.

• Pursue and follow-up on leads. Manage and document your pipeline.

• Build relationships with clients through our proprietary lead capture and distribution system.

• Deliver exceptional service - achieve your clients' objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a Colorado State Real Estate License.

• Must be driven to succeed and engage in the hard work.

• Customer service focus is mandatory.

• Knowledge of the Denver area.

• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Retail or other Sales experience preferred.
• Make multiple phone calls a day.

Typical Candidate

• Has Colorado State Real Estate License.

• Full-time; willing to put in extra hours; work warm leads.
• Very good on the phone; enthusiastic.
• Typically working sales making consistent income.

• We do not need seasoned agents; Hard working/good on the phone is most important.
• Making 50-100 calls a day, generated from our proprietary lead source. Need to be prepared to work the leads.
• Should be somewhat tech savvy:

• Currently own a Windows or Apple computer/laptop or will own one prior to hire date
• Have a hope office without distractions.

• Have a smartphone.

• Be familiar with web-based e-mail. Microsoft Office is a plus+.
• Understand and have used a CRM in the past.
• Familiar with workplace communication tools like Slack and Zoom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
