Join our team! We're looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our full time, dedicated Colorado brokerage team. You will work with us to acquire homes in the State of Colorado. In this capacity, you will manage your own pipeline of offers from leads generated by our acquisitions team, closing 10+ homes per month. This will be a team first mentality role in a high growth environment, and you will be incentivized to reach volume targets. Our focus will be rapidly deploying Bungalow's committed capital to acquire homes in several Colorado cities which will be onboarded to our co-living management platform.

Active Colorado Real Estate License Required.

What you'll do:

* Maintain your own acquisition pipeline - negotiate with listing agents to pursue acquisitions and achieve our volume targets
* Partner with our transaction managers to maintain our offer document library and key processes for Colorado
* Ensure deal management is compliant with all applicable State of Colorado requirements
* Act as an on-the-ground resource to our onboarding teams by visiting properties you have under agreement

Who you are:

* An active real estate license in the State of Colorado
* Must be in good standing with the local Realtor board, or possess the ability to immediately move your license
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with heavy transaction volume or the lead on a high performing team
* Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program
* Ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
* High degree of integrity and work ethic
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Track record of successfully closing deals as a buyer's agent in Colorado
* Nice to have:
* Strong local market knowledge
* Experience working in Dotloop or Skyslope
* Experience at a high-growth technology startup
