About the job

This position is needed to recruit Early in Career (EIC) talent from universities, colleges, and non-traditional EIC sources, and to support the success of this talent through the program management of our onboarding and enablement programs such as our Twilio Intern Program and New Grad programs. This position will be an integral part of attracting, assessing, offering, and closing top EIC talent in North America. As Twilio continues to experience significant growth, the EIC talent pipeline is crucial to fueling this growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver high quality student candidates for New Grad and Intern roles through school engagement efforts and multiple sourcing channels.
  • Partner and manage stakeholders and multiple dependencies to align on EIC talent needs.
  • Deliver against hiring needs through the engagement, program management, and recruitment of EIC Talent - program manage hiring events at scale to deliver a predictable pipeline of EIC talent.
  • Contribute to the continued development and program management of Twilio's Early in Career Programs strategy across Student and Non-traditional Talent pipelines to enable an even playing field for all EIC talent who join Twilio

Required:
  • Experience building relationships at Colleges and Universities with faculty, administrators, students, and student organizations.
  • Experience generating and managing EIC pipelines of intern and new grad talent.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing engineering leaders on Early in Career related challenges such as demand planning.
  • Experience driving assessment processes at scale.
  • Experience offering, negotiating, and closing competitive Early in Career talent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Early in Career recruiting programs or equivalent, relevant experience.

Desired:
  • Experience recruiting Early in Career Talent in Europe and Asia Pacific.
  • Experience building Early in Career recruiting programs from scratch.

Location

This role will be remote, and can be based in the West, Midwest, or Eastern, USA.

Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:
  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $61,888 - $92,832.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
