Over the next year, we'll grow quickly to bring better care to patients across the country. To meet these growth needs, we are looking to add a talented and passionate Recruiter to our team. The Recruiter will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Director of Recruiting who is based in Boston, MA.

Location: We are open to considering candidates who reside in the following states: MA, NC, GA, TX, CO, AZ, WA. This is a remote role with the expectation that you'll spend some time in the local office / practice in the future.

What You'll Do:

The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting activities across a wide range of healthcare roles and markets. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their Recruiting skills and play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company supporting one of its most important tasks: finding talented team members as we grow. Specific responsibilities include:

* Partner with experienced Recruiters and hiring managers to establish a clear understanding of position requirements, develop sourcing and recruiting strategies, and define the interview/assessment process.
* Use a variety of resources and creative techniques to proactively source, develop, and maintain qualified and diverse pipelines of talent
* Review resumes and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
* Schedule a high volume of virtual and on-site interviews
* Organize candidate feedback and facilitate interview debriefs
* Support and drive the offer process, including: finance/business approvals, extending offers, negotiations, closing tactics
* Use the full functionality of the ATS (Greenhouse) to manage and track job posts, pipeline activity, interview feedback and candidate communication
* Participate in weekly meetings with internal stakeholders; communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline
* Proactively identify and participate in/or lead recruitment-related opportunities for improvement that will enhance the Iora's ability to attract qualified and diverse candidates
* Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience

What You'll Bring

* 1+ years of Recruiting experience required
* 1+ years of experience in a professional and nationally dispersed organization preferred (high growth environment a plus)
* Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS) and other web-based recruiting services such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
* Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally)
* Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload and manage competing demands
* Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
* Goal oriented and focused on execution
* Superb team player, willing to jump in and help out where needed
