Job Responsibilities:
Achieves business objectives by merging qualified talent with client needs through effective talent evaluation, recruiting, and people & process management.

Job Duties:

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting any source relevant such as employment agencies, businesses, recruiters, media, and internet sites/job boards. Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits. Maintains rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Evaluates applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Prepares and submits candidate summaries either to clients or the Account Manager for final submittal.
  • Prepares candidates for interviews with clients and arranges interviews by coordinating schedules and helping with logistics.
  • Monitors job offers and compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks. Ensures the job offer process flows smoothly and efficiently.
  • Learns and maintains efficiency with staffing software. Becomes proficient in software capabilities and recommends improvements to management.
  • Improves Brick Staffing attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices,
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures and conducting training.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Ensure weekly payroll numbers are complete for managed employees; troubleshoot; contact payroll department when needed for support.
  • Skill market qualified candidates for new opportunities.
  • Creates new client contracts at the direction of the Account Manager.
  • Always thinks about what's best for Brick Staffing, the Candidate, and our Clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills. A people person with ability to create lasting relationships over the phone.
  • Organization & Time Management -- Results driven with ability to prioritize the most important tasks to move the business forward.
  • Extreme efficiency with PC tools, typing, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications.
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Employment Law, Professionalism, Judgment
  • Ability to function on their own in a work from home virtual office environment.
  • Comfortable working with C Level executives and excels at cold calling with a sales mentality.
  • Business writing skills are essential.
  • Team Player

Experience:

  • Bi Lingual: 1 year (Required)
