Job description

We need experienced analysts to help support the wide variety of clients who use our commercial loan servicing software.

Our company is a growing organization that's been in the software business for over 20 years. We develop, market, and support investment management software for financial service organizations throughout the US and Caribbean.

• A deep understanding of commercial loan servicing software. Please note that being a loan broker, loan officer, or loan originator is NOT a qualification.
• 3-5 years' experience with CLS software with one or more companies, across a broad range of areas:

- Complex loan setup

- Interest and payment calculations

- Payment processing

- Escrow processing

- Investor tracking

- Loan accounting (GL posting, accruals)

• A college degree in business, finance, or math.
• The ability to understand a client's needs quickly, and define creative solutions to address them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A desire to work 24-40 hours/week, at home, typically during normal business hours (9-6 ET).
• Good people skills, with the ability to work well with clients and co-workers.
• A quiet office with high-speed internet.
• A high level of confidence about working with computers.
• An ambition to advance in your career.
• Some experience in programming (preferred but not required).

Using your existing experience, we'd ask you to do the following:

• Learn the details of our commercial loan servicing software.
• Demo our software to interested prospects.
• Provide training to new and existing clients.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients.
• Help us develop an online portal that contains information about our software.
