Your Role:
The Residential Property Inspector main objective is to conduct walks including a pre-move-out consultation and retention visit with residents, vacant property walks and spot check quality control visits for in-progress and completed projects. Through these functions, the FSS sets the stage for the relationship between Pathlight and the resident. This is a field position requiring working from home or remotely and use of a personal vehicle.

Your Role:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish trust and develop good working relationship with our valued residents
- Responsible for pre-move-out consultation with residents
- Responsible for retention visits with residents
- Responsible for asset management during vacancy by performing on-site visit
- Responsible for performing spot check quality control checks on in-progress projects
- Responsible for supporting the eviction process and appearing in court
- May assist in HOA violation documentation and rental registration processes
- May assist in mid-lease property evaluation and occupancy check
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations
- Attend scheduled mentoring and coaching sessions and training classes as assigned, as well as regular meetings on policy, process, procedures, KPI monitoring and budget tracking with Upper Management
Requirements:
- Possess a strong passion for customer service and success to achieve goals
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess a strong passion for continuous development
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- Access to a reliable insurable vehicle and active Driver License
- Ability to absorb new software and tools
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Home Partners policies on repairs, budgets, and authorizations
- Knowledge of home systems, renovation and repair & maintenance
