Scope Technologies, Inc., located in downtown Denver, CO, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to leverage a user-centric design approach to grow our existing aesthetic. We're looking for a thoughtful designer with a marketing focus who can think at a campaign level while executing with great detail. The ideal candidate will have an eye to innovate within existing brand guidelines. We are looking for someone that likes working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

We just moved our corporate HQ to the hottest tech hub in downtown Denver with onsite parking. Scope Technologies is a debt-free, profitable software company leading innovation in the Construction Tech & PropertyTech industry. We are currently evaluating financial partnerships to prepare for significant growth, new disruptive product launches, all in preparation for an IPO or strategic acquisition within the next thirty-six months.

With thousands of customers and strategic partnerships, we're changing how Contractors, Manufacturers, Distributors, and Property & Casualty companies create field measurements, blueprint takeoffs, estimates, and material purchases orders.

Position Duties:

• Lead the design process for print, event, email, social, all things digital, and web projects
• Creatively, strategically, and efficiently execute on all stages of a design project, from start (concept sketches/layouts) to production (revisions) to preparation (final art files) to finish (vendor coordination)
• Ensure alignment with creative and marketing objectives on all projects; ensure brand consistency across all media
• Collaborate with outside copywriters, marketing, and stakeholders to maintain brand standards and messaging points
• Source stock photography or work with an external team to set up the perfect shot.

Desired Skills and Characteristics:

• 3+ years design experience; SaaS marketing experience is a big plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• HTML experience
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of branding, typography, and layout applied to various campaigns across channels
• Demonstrated ability to bring abstract concepts to life through illustration, iconography, photography
• Ability to multi-task and shift gears in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solver with a passion for creating and promoting great design
• Excellent time management skills and adherence to project timelines.
• Passionate about owning the creative process with little direction.
• Video chops would be incredible, but not necessary.

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Annual Bonus
• $50,000 - $70,000 First Year at Plan - Depending on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,662.00 - $73,185.00 per year
