Job description
The Opportunity
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for the hiring process starting with strategic planning and sourcing. They will consult with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies for a wide variety of complex and volume positions, including senior leadership openings
* Partner with HR team and Senior Leadership to develop holistic talent strategies to meet employment demands today and set us up for the future; influence decisions using data and external perspectives
* Create and implement innovative marketing and employer brand strategies including social media tools to attract job seekers
* Assess candidates' qualifications and match to the requirements of current and future openings
* Provide superior levels of candidate care and interaction
* Continually grow a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates through networking and making career connections
* Regularly communicate hiring progress, results and talent trends to senior leadership and make recommendations to improve recruiting strategies
* Drive efficiencies in hiring processes and procedures
* Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity
* Plan and manage projects and programs, including diversity recruiting strategies
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline from an accredited university
* Minimum 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience
* Experience in all aspects of corporate recruiting including: networking, qualifying, screening, managing relationships with hiring teams, offer negotiation, awareness of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends
* Understanding of OFCCP requirements for recruiting
* Experience in coaching and partnering with hiring managers on Talent Acquisition issues
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
* Strong attention to detail resulting in a high level of accuracy when retrieving data and processing information
* Ability to multitask and above-average follow-up skills
* Strong organizational skills and initiative
* Consistent professional performance in meeting scope, schedule, and customer expectations
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Possesses effective oral, presentation, and written communication skill
* Exhibits positive teambuilding interaction with other associates
