About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment which encompasses research, sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates of various levels.
* Conduct thorough screening of candidates and also have the ability to engage with candidates and share what sets the firm apart from competitors.
* Build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with internal and external partners.
* Deliver a robust interview-to-hire ratio.
* Gathers information related to the candidates' individual situation, including compensation data, relocation needs, and other considerations related to interest in the opportunity.
* Develop offer recommendations and extend offers to candidates.
* Consistently update applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and position information; maintains a record of recruiting activities.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience preferred
* Experience in attracting and selling finance and accounting candidates of all levels on opportunities.
* A proven track record of developing and executing effective recruitment strategies
* Ability to adapt in a continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency
* Strong business acumen
* Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 3 years of experience in related field
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Presentation skills mandatory
* Must possess analytical skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
