SNI Companies is actively recruiting for a temporary Talent Acquisition HR Associate for a growing non-profit healthcare company in Denver. This position will be a hybrid model working on-site 2 days a week and remote the other 3 days. Contract duration is currently through January of 2022, then the position will be reassessed for permanent hire.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for:

• Screening candidate resumes and applications to qualify them for positions.
• Receive in-bound calls from applicants regarding resumes and the hiring process or status or onboarding information.
• Full-cycle recruitment activities such as attending job fairs, initiating background/drug tests, attend recruitment meetings, and provide customer service to other hiring managers.
• Passive and active recruitment communication through text messages, social media, or other contact systems.
• Monitor all required employment documentation during onboarding process.
• HR data entry reporting (as needed).
• Additional assistance on reception when needed during special circumstances.
• Other duties assigned by HR department managers and TA team.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience required.
• 2 years of HR services/ benefits/ use of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems.
• Non-profit or healthcare experience (volunteer or paid) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for the Talent Acquisition HR Associate starts at $24.04 per hour but your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
