Technical Recruiter (open to remote)

A Tech Recruiter at VF is on the front lines in the war for talent. You'll use technology, market knowledge, and exceptional storytelling ability to bring top engineering, product, e-commerce and infrastructure professionals into the process, and manage the relationship from start to finish. You'll support the VF Digital Technology team, which builds platforms for the VF family of brands: Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Dickies, Smartwool, and others. You'll provide a high level of talent acquisition partnership, knowledge of the market, and technical expertise to hiring managers and hiring teams to drive a best-in-class hiring process.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting across DT functions from individual contributor up to Director-level using VFs selection processes
- Ensure hiring managers are trained and capable of assessing talent with an inclusive mindset; if not, recommending training opportunities to them
- Utilize our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all communication touch points with candidates
- Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Prepare and present offer packages to selected candidates
- Bring deep technical knowledge and ensure candidate pipelines are strong. Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive markets and companies related to digital needs and where to source talent
- Educate hiring managers and interview teams on the Global Talent Selection Process and the Inclusive Hiring Guide, and hold team accountable for following it
- Consistently drive I&D efforts towards goal of 50% diverse candidate slates for all open positions
- Ensure a highly positive candidate experience for all candidates
- Be a contributing member of the talent acquisition team, share ideas and drive innovation and efficiencies in the process
- Provide guidance, training, expertise, and resources on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics to team members
- Demonstrate ability to influence hiring teams and gain alignment on candidate calibration and recruitment process
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years
Educational / Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in technical recruiting, including proven experience managing recruiting processes through the utilization of an ATS
- Experience recruiting in engineering, data analytics, and ecommerce technology
- Ability to influence at all levels and strong business acumen
- Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent and build talent pipelines at all levels
Salary Range:
$69,984.00 USD - $104,976.00 USD annually
Annual Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.
Long Term Incentive Eligibility:
This position is not eligible for long term incentive.
