Job Summary

Store Manager

Looking for an amazing, energetic person that can support the District Manager(s) and help lead a team of 10+ people in several locations throughout the greater Denver, CO market.

We are looking for someone that can oversee all aspects of operations while creating a positive & collaborative team atmosphere!

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced results driven manager who can drive sales through exceptional guest engagement, product education, and efficient delegation to staff.
  • Work side by side fellow Store Managers & District Managers to train, delegate, and supervise staff and maintain selling goals.
  • Fluent in retail KPI's and has understanding of driving metrics and applying in real time.
  • Work flexible hours & maintain payroll budget.
  • Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines
  • Experienced merchandiser, apparel is a PLUS!
  • Computer savvy, able to generate reports
  • Strong leadership when store manager is out of box
  • Willing & able to commute to different stores to support business as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
